Life is insanely busy. I totally get it. With two kiddos to chase after, a business to run, and a lust for life, I don't want to be slaving away in my kitchen all day either. Nor do I have the time. I go for great ingredients, simple combinations, clever rotations and a few key secret weapons. With this strategy, I am able to get meals on the table quickly, juggle picky palates with ease, and enjoy unified family meals together that also satisfy my desire for optimal health, energy and vibrancy.
