Cancellation Policy

1:1 Health Coaching and Nutrition Counseling

  • Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance to avoid fees.
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will be charged 50% of the session fee.
  • No-shows will be charged the full session fee.

Virtual Cooking Classes and Group Coaching Programs

  • Cancellations made more than 7 days prior to the class or program start date will receive a full refund, minus any transaction fees.
  • Cancellations made within 7 days of the start date are non-refundable but may be eligible for a credit toward a future class or program at the provider's discretion.
  • No refunds or credits will be issued for missed sessions in group coaching programs or virtual cooking classes.

Refund Policy

  • Refunds for pre-paid packages will be provided for unused sessions only if cancellation occurs within the terms of the cancellation policy.
  • Refunds will be issued within 10 business days after processing.

Virtual Cooking Classes and Group Coaching Programs

  • Once a program or class has started, no refunds will be issued.
  • If a program or class is canceled by the provider, participants will receive a full refund or the option to apply the payment to a future class or program.

Dispute Policy

1. Client Communication

  • We are committed to resolving disputes in a professional, timely manner.

2. Refund Disputes

  • Disputes regarding refunds or charges must be submitted within 30 days of the transaction date.
  • We will investigate all claims and provide a resolution within 10 business days.

  • If a resolution cannot be reached, clients may request a written statement of the services provided and charges incurred for further review.
  • For additional support, third-party mediation services may be considered at the client's expense.

4. Chargebacks

  • Filing a chargeback without first contacting us to resolve the issue may result in account suspension and forfeiture of future services.
